Weststein is an ambitious fin-tech startup in online banking with clients from 30+ countries and a medium team of 25+ employees, based in Latvia and Germany.

Joining Weststein I created a new design system, front-end architecture, translation system and automation tools for both personal and business client portal, while also managing a rapidly growing and nimble team of developers.
